HOW TO BUY
FAST AND SECURE CHECKOUT
During our secure checkout process, you may choose to become a registered user by entering your email address and a password. As a registered user, your information is saved to expedite your next order. Payment information (if choosing to save), email addresses, shipping and billing addresses, and all other client information is protected and secured.
Once we have received and verified your order, you will receive an email confirming your order, which will include an order confirmation number for your reference. If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible to see if it is possible to make modifications. We are unable to reroute orders.
If you indicate your order is a gift during your checkout by choosing the gift wrap option, it will be accompanied by a gift invoice which does not include pricing and can be used as a gift receipt. It will arrive gift wrapped in nomad chic packaging.
We accept bank transfer via Bank Central Asia
We will process orders during regular business hours Monday through Friday from 10am to 5pm Bali time. Orders placed after 2 pm or Saturday and Sunday may not ship until the next business day. You will receive a shipment confirmation email when your order is shipped.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
We will accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of the date the order was placed. Sale items, special orders, and any items sold at a discounted price are final sale. Returns will only be accepted where the product has not been worn, altered, washed and have all original tags still attached. We reserve the right to refuse any returns where the products are not in new, unused condition. Products sent for return that are not in new condition can be sent back at the customer’s expense or may be picked up from our office.
Please package the goods along with the completed Returns & Exchange form and send, insured for the full value of the merchandise, to: Tusa Indonesia
Once we receive your properly returned goods, we will issue you a refund in the form of original payment OR process your exchange. Original shipping costs and returns shipping cost will not be refunded. For exchanges, we will cover the cost of shipping the new item to you.
Returns received without a Returns Authorization number, shipped after 7 days from the Return Authorization receipt date or received damaged or worn will not be accepted.
